Tekashi 6ix9ine’s career is on the upswing, unfortunately, his run-ins with the law are too.
Tekashi 6ix9ine could face up to 3 years in jail stemming from a 2015 sexual misconduct with a minor conviction.
He pled guilty to posting a series of explicit videos with a 13-year-old girl (he was 18) and agreed to get his GED, community service and to stay out of trouble in exchange for probation.
Since then he’s been arrested twice and hasn’t done the GED work. His court date is scheduled for Oct. 2 and from the looks of things he might be headed to jail instead of on tour.
