On Friday Travis Scott found himself in some hot water after making a change to his album cover. When originally previewed, the design featured multiple models, including transgender model Amanda Lepore.
However, once the album came out, Lepore’s image had been removed and people couldn’t help but question the reasoning behind it.
In response, Scott has issued a statement on the situation, saying, “I have nothing but respect for the LGBTQ community.” He continued by explaining that Lepore upstaged everyone else on the album cover, including himself.
