Kelly previewed a new 19 minute song called I Admit on Instagram Live.
In the song, R Kelly addresses allegations of a sex cult and holding women against their will. He also talks about not being able to read, the #MuteRKelly campaign and dating women of all ages.
On his ability to read, or lack thereof:
