Stevie J has lost the chance to appeal his $1.3 million child support judgment. Stevie J was found guilty of knowingly withholding child support payments from his son and daughter for over 18 years.
The Bad Boy producer originally filed for an appeal last year during which time he admitted to failing to pay child support. Stevie didn’t follow the rules of his plea deal by failing drug screens and not handing over financial records to the court.
The judge declined to put him in jail but did rule that he must pay $1.3 million in back child support.
