The Upcoming 6th Annual Preakness at the Piazza Will Benefit The Multiple Sclerosis Society!

Preakness at the Piazza returns after five successful years for the 143rd running of the Preakness Stakes. On Saturday, May 19, 2018 from 5 to 9:30 p.m, guests will come together at The Piazza at Schmidt’s Commons for a unique, fun, fashionable event to support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

This anticipated spring event includes a live screening of the 143rd Preakness Stakes on The Piazza’s 400 square-foot LED screen. Attendees will also enjoy a premium open bar, derby-inspired fare, and live music and DJ entertainment. Guests are encouraged to wear their best derby attire of fancy hats and extravagant bow ties for a chance to win the annual “Best Dressed” contests. For the past five years, over 4,720 attendees have joined Preakness at the Piazza and helped raise $615,300 for charity. The funds raised from this event support cutting-edge research as well as programs and services for people living with MS in the community.
