Tristan Thompson was spotted creeping Sunday morning on Khloe Kardashian with strip club worker Lani Blair at NYC hotel.
TMZ obtained this video of the Cavaliers star, rocking a white hoodie, with the woman strolling behind him into the Four Seasons early Sunday, around 5 AM after hanging out at a NYC nightclub earlier in the evening.
