Trey will NOT be facing any felony charges…
According to TMZ, the L.A. District Attorney rejected the felony case after several witnesses contradicted Andrea’s story and Trey’s attorney Shawn Holley provided evidence regarding Andrea’s credibility.
The case has been sent to a lower court to determine whether or not Trey will face misdemeanor domestic violence charges, according to TMZ.
