Jerry Heller's Ruthless: A Memoir Book Launch

Jerry Heller, known to most as the co-founder of Ruthless Records and manager of the “World’s Most Dangerous Rap GroupN.W.A. has died. Heller co-founded Ruthless Records with partner Eazy-E and went on to sell millions of records with N.W.A., Dr. Dre, Ice CubeJ.J. Fad, The D.O.C., Michel’le and others.

In 2015 after the release of the biopic “Straight Outta Compton,” Heller filed a $110 Million Lawsuit Against Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Eazy-E, & NBC Universal over his portrayal and claimed he never gave NBC Universal permission to use his likeness for the film.

Heller had a very successfu career before rap, representing artists such as The WhoGrand Funk Railroad and Black Sabbath through his Heller-Fischer Agency.

Heller was 75
