Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani put in his two cents on Beyonce‘s explosive performance at the 2016 MTV VMAs. The performance not only included several songs from her acclaimed Lemonade album, but also featured a lot of symbolism alluding to police brutality and shootings of unarmed black people.
