Last night, the DNC concluded here in Philly and of all the people in attendance, Malia Obama was not one of them. A few Snapchat videos and twitter post captured the 18-year-old and shortly made her a trending topic on twitter.
I’m pretty sure Malia Obama was present at the last two Democratic National Conventions that mattered the most. She is 18 years old and has every right to opt out of #DemsinPhilly and turn up with her friends for Lollapalooza if she chooses to. So would I.
