Kanye West Roc City Concert

Move over Jay and Drake, Kanye wants a piece of “Summer Sixteen” too.

With Jay Z giving out guest features and Pusha T releasing new music, Kanye had to get in on the action, so he hit the studio with Big Sean, Ian Connor, and Fonzworth Bentley.

Last night, Big Sean shared Snapchats of his session with the G.O.O.D Music founder, which included a 10-second snippet of a new ‘Ye verse.

In the video, Kanye can be heard rapping, “Pray for me, I’m about to hit the ‘Ye button, I don’t want to say nothing wrong, but it’d be wrong if…”

Model Ian Connor also shared a snippet of the session and it appears Kanye’s “Louis Vuitton Don” alter-ego may be making a return.

While it looks like Kanye and Big Sean are recording a summer anthem, Yeezy’s longtime friend Fonzworth Bentley delivered a plot twist, alluding the session is for G.O.O.D Music’s long-delayed compilation album Cruel Winter.

Besides working on G.O.O.D Music’s compilation album, Kanye’s also recording new LP Turbo Grafx 16.
