Obviously it was not a devastating blow as Kanye created the album, which earned the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 earlier this month.
The latest drama surrounding the album, a fan named Justin Baker-Rhett filed a class action lawsuit in U.S. District Court in San Francisco on Monday (April 18) against Kanye and Tidal. Rhett claims Kanye “fraudulently promised fans that his album, The Life of Pablo, would only be available on Tidal.” Considering the negative response that surrounded the former exclusivity Tidal had on the album, it is bizarre to see such an extreme reaction from the other side.
