Happy Birthday Ja Rule! Born on a Leap Year, When Does He Celebrate?!

Happy birthday to Mr. Rule, the man that shut it down for Boom 107.9 last year at Boom Bash!

Ja Rule made his debut in 1995 on Mic Geronimo’s track “Time To Build” which also featured Jay-Z and DMX. Since then he’s dropped countless classics that you hear banging on Boom 107.9.

But since February 29th only comes around every 4 years, when does he celebrate his birthday on non-leap years?

Well, I actually don’t know the answer to that question. What I do know is Ja turned 40 years young today, and at his birthday bash in Las Vegas over the weekend, his DJ Irv Gotti  jokingly said “he’s actually 10 years old because he was born on a leap year!”
