Comedic duo Key & Peele released the trailer for their upcoming action comedy Keanu and it’s sure to be one of the must-see comedies of the year. No, it’s not about Matrix star Keanu Reeve. In actuality, the film centers on a cat. The cutest ever mind you, who will have falling in love by the end of this trailer.
Peele will be playing Rell, a dedicated pet-owner who goes above and beyond to rescue his feline friend, Keanu, after discovering he’s been kidnapped. Or in this case, catknapped.
In addition to Key, Keanu boasts quite the cast with Method Man, Will Forte, Nia Long, and Jason Mitchell who portrayed Eazy-E in the Oscar-nominated film Straight Outta Compton.
The film is slated to be released April 29th.
