A new update on DMX may present a reasonable reason why the New York rapper was jailed last week.
According to a report from TMZ, Dark Man X decided to fire his business manager who was responsible for ensuring that child support payments went through. The rapper was arrested this past Tuesday (October 27) after he missed a child support payment of $10,000, which was due to his ex-wife Tashera Simmons, with whom he has four children.
He was later released without bail. The rapper told the publication that as far as he was aware, the payments were going through without any problems.
However, he says that his now-former business manager was “the guy screwing up” and following his latest arrest, has decided to fire him.
