The official twitter account for ABC Family shared the news that the pinkprint rapper will executive produce a new comedy series on ABC Family. “Nicki is an international superstar, yet not everyone knows how inspiring and hilarious her true story is, and we can’t wait to share it with the world,” said Karey Burke, ABC Family’s EVP of programming and development.
The series will be based on the story of Nicki Minaj and her family’s immigration from Trinidad to Queens, New York. The show will begin taping this winter.
