For one Hot Boys member, the lawsuit between him and Cash Money Records is over.

Tab Virgil, a rapper better known as Turk, has settled his lawsuit against Cash Money Records and Money Mack Music, according to The Advocate. On June 30th, Turk’s request to dismiss his lawsuit against the label was approved.

The New Orleans rapper sued Cash Money in February for $1.3 million in damages and for not receiving royalties. Turk seemingly won the lawsuit by default because the label didn’t respond to the suit.

However, Turk requested to dismiss the case, saying both parties reached an agreement. Each party will pay its own legal costs and fees.

Lil Wayne’s Young Money Records has a $51 million breach of contract lawsuit pending against Cash Money.
