Mayor Nutter gave an update on the Amtrak train derailment at the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia last night, calling it devastation like he has never seen before. Amtrak train 188 tilted over Tuesday night, killing a confirmed 10 and injuring dozens of other passengers. Many passengers are still missing and people are encouraged to call the Amtrak Hotline for more information.
