TV One is exploring problems with Black America and law enforcement in a 2 hour special titled“State Of Emergency: Baltimore And Beyond”.
The special will cover issues such as police relations,police accountability, lawless law enforcement and police brutality, unlawful protest, disenfranchised and impoverished communities, national criminal justice and incarceration reform.
“State Of Emergency: Baltimore And Beyond” will be moderated by TV One’s Roland S. Martin and will be filmed at Morgan State University.
