Jay Z has been pretty quiet since 2015 started, but he’s about to break his silence in a very big way.
While many are hoping for some new music from the Magna Carta rapper one of these days, Hov is preparing to change the way the music industry works by partnering with the music-streaming service TIDAL.
Fans grew suspicious after Roc Nation tweeted that Jay Z was set to make a big announcement today at 5 p.m., and things went to a new level when he, Beyonce, Kanye West, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Usher, and many more big names changed their Twitter avatars and tweeted about the streaming service.
