Tupac Shakur In 'Gridlock'd'

On this date in 2001, years after the passing of Tupac Shakur, his camp decided to release his third posthumous studio album entitled Until the End of Time.

The album included 29 unheard tracks, with the vocals being recorded around 1995-1996. The lead singles from the album were “Letter 2 My Unborn” and “Until the End of Time“, two classic emotional singles that are still in a lot of peoples music rotation.

 

Rap fans alike continued to mourn the death of 2pac by making Until the End of Time debut at number one on Billboard charts and sold well over 400,000 copies first week. The album would eventually go 4x platinum. The album just went to show the work ethic and foresight Tupac had at such an early age, and is still missed to this day in the rap scene. R.I.P Pac
