If you know anything about Entertainers and Money, then you know Jay Z & Beyonce are the cream of the crop when it comes to bringing in the dollars. Rumor has it, Jay and Bey are in the process of buying the most expensive residential real estate sale in Philadelphia history.
According to Michael Angelina of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services, the power couple will spend $20,000,000 on the penthouse condo of a new 26-story glass condo tower at 5th & Walnut in Philadelphia, PA. The building which will only have 38 units, looks like it belongs in Dubai let alone on the corner of 5th & Walnut.
Some believe that this deal is a rumor and neither Jay Z or Beyonce plan to move to Philly, but regardless it’s intriguing.
“It is not true,” said Paula Celetti-Baron, vice president of sales and marketing with 500 Walnut, in an email. “It was a realtor that posted the info for self-serving purposes.”
Only time will tell if the most influential couple in America will be living in Philly, but their business savvy continues to turn heads.
