To celebrate the 5th anniversary of First Lady Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” campaign, Bey posted this time lapse video of her intense workout on Instagram. “Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let’s Move! #GimmeFive @michelleobama,” she wrote.
You may not be here for the Kardashians and their antics, but there’s a legion of fans who are. The gorgeous group of talentless ladies just signed a $100 million-plus deal with E! for another four years of Kardashian content. Yup, that four more seasons of “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” several other spin-offs and digital projects fueled by their massive social media following.
The deal marks the highest in TV history for a reality TV brand, reports Page Six.

If you’re as much of a fan of “Empire” as we think you are, watching certain scenes like the time Lucious threw his son Jamal in the garbage after the little boy dressed up in his mother’s clothes, tugs your heart strings. That could be because that scene wasen’t contrived, it was real and from a pages out of director Lee Daniels’ life.
Daniels’ included those personal moments in the “Empire” script, which is what separates it from any other show on TV right now. Daniels sat down with Don Lemon on CNN and opened up the heart-wrenching scene.
“I couldn’t direct the scene, I broke down in tears,” he revealed.”
