Philadelphia native and popular rapper Beanie Sigel was shot in Pleasantville, New Jersey early this morning. According to officials, the rapper was shot after an altercation outside a Jersey shore home. Details haven’t fully surfaced, but according to police Sigel, whose real name is Dwight Grant was shot in the stomach and taken to a local hospital for surgery.
