Love & Hip-Hop Hollywood

All good things come to an end.

Yes ladies and gentlemen, we’ve come to the end of the road and say goodbye to the west coast edition of Mona Scott-Young‘s reality soap opera. Love & Hip-Hop: Hollywood‘s 12th episode wraps up its roller coaster inaugural season. The finale picks up with the hilarious ending to last weeks episode, as Ray J resurrected his former football days and gave Princess a Madden-like juke move that landed her in the pool. Thankfully, we get a chance to relive this moment of hilarity over and over again. But before you break the rewind function, let’s continue on with the show.

Last week we left off with Soulja Boy and Nia discussing the loss of their child. Now, a new situation is cause for concern. It turns out Ms. Riley was driving with her daughter Cameron in the backseat, when she got into a serious car accident. The vehicle turned upside down and sustained a good amount of damage, but both passengers walked away without major injury. This, of course, puts things in perspective for the couple, who immediately do the kiss and make-up thing, and move passed their differences.

And speaking of differences, we jump to a meeting between Yung Berg and Teirra Marie. The rapper-turned-producer is going to be hosting Teirra’s music showcase, which didn’t go so well the last time she attempted such an event. This time around, the songstress is much more inspired and will be performing a brand new record produced by The Hitmaka.

Had Hazel had her way, Teirra’s career-resurrection courtesy of Berg wouldn’t have happened. After asking the former princess of the ROC to get rid of the song, the aspiring rapper decides to link with Nikki Baby, since she’s “in the market for new friends.” While the whole preface and meeting reached a new level of corniness, it was a bit of an eye opener. Hazel disclosed that Masika was an alleged “porn star,” which Nikki mentions that she’d heard about. Quite frankly, this snapple fun-fact should’ve been released to the public way back in episode one, but I digress. As it turns out, Hazel wasn’t completely wrong. After her meeting with Nikki, she decided to link with Berg’s new girl and air out a few things. The very pointless exchange ended with a bit a clarity: Masika isn’t a former “porn star,” but she did confirm her role on Playboy TV’s reality series ‘7 Lives Exposed’. Annnd, after doing our fair share of investigative research, we can also confirm said role.

The series then turned into a feelings-fest, as both Fizz and Ray J sparked up old flames. In an attempt to reconcile with Moniece, the former B2k star decided that he’s open to fixing that situation. And after Willy Ray Jr. got some sound advice from his cousin Snoop Dogg — who he confirmed is his actual cousin — also made a peace offering to Ms. Marie.

Naturally, this was the “cliff-hanging” type of ending that will leave the fans ready for the reunion special, which we already know how a portion of it ends. We’ll have to wait and see just how it all plays out.
