Philly talent is about to make their way to NYC and I’m thrilled to be a part of this! Independent film Myra’s Angel a RIP City (NBA Champoin RIP Hamilton) and Skye Vision (Skye Dennis) feature film has been selected for the American Black Film Festival in NYC and will be shown this Saturday, June 21st at 7pm.
There are so many talented people from the PA area that are apart of this and the movie is nominated in various categories. Best Film, Best Director, Best Actor and Best Actress. Cast includes, Tiffany Green, Tobi Gadison, Keyon N. Smith, Christopher Mann, Brain A Wilson, yours truly, Mia Mendez and more. I had the pleasure of playing Detective Cortez the rookie detective along side Chris Mann and Brian A Wilson from HBO’s The Wire.
