It’s Black Music Month and I decided to share some good music with you as I celebrate our contributions. I have known Khemist for a while now, met him a few years ago while he was attending Hampton. I have to say watching this video made me want so much more of him. It also made me put in this CD he gave me at the Roots Picnic, his spoken word project Lornda & Poems. He is a rare find these days as his t-shirt in the video below speaks for its self reading, “I Did It Without Gimmicks”. And you are! Dope song and really dope video. Check out “The Rain”
