Answer: Philadelphia Black Gay Pride (PBGP, commonly known as Philly Black Pride/Philly Black Gay Pride) was first birthed at the COLOURS Organization, the only LBGTQ service organization in Philadelphia primarily by and for people of color. Philadelphia Black Gay Pride, Inc. (PBGP) targets its festival to people of African Descent who are members of the Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual and Transgender community. PBGP, does not discriminate and welcomes all who are alias to the community. And we welcome all to Philly we And this week we celebrate!
