Born and raised in Philly, Temple graduate Terence “T-Nice” Williams got his start in radio as an intern for Radio One Philly. Impressed with his work ethic and dedication, they decided that rather than let T-Nice exit the building after his internship, they offered him his first radio job as a weekend board operator for the live broadcasts. Fast forward 6 years later, board operator, producer, now to aspiring on-air personality; T-Nice is still maintaining his love for radio and hip hop culture.
