Give it up to Urban Celebrity Magazine who once again held it down around the city throughout the 2013 Philly Hip Hop Awards. Dj Jovi Baby hosted the all female cypher inside the Bellargo Boutique. Let me say I’m still ticked that I wasn’t able to attend the Philly Hip Hop Awards & again thank goodness for the internet. A couple of cyphers that caught my attention popped off around the city. Inside the cypher: Philly, Philly, Philly oh & Philly! Aight so some of Philly’s finest females took to ‘center store’ inside Bellargo to bridge the gap between vets & newcomers & it was all about a hip hop cypher!
