Saturday Night Live producer Lorne Michaels hears viewers loud and clear as the popular sketch comedy SNL is poised to hire two black female cast members next month.  The popular sketch comedy has been getting a lot of flack due to casts of the show over the years not being diverse with black female comedians.  The only two black cast members of the show, Jay Pharoah and Kenan Thompson had been expressing discontent with show writers and producers about the lack of African-American women on the show and having to portray them in the show sketches.  SNL will have eight finalist audition and will pick two African-American women finalist to join the show in January.
