“Blue Caprice” is a new film that tells the chilling story of John Lee Muhammad and his Seventeen year old accomplice, Lee Boyd Malvo. In October of 2002, those in the D.C. metropolitan area feared for their lives everyday. The “D.C. sniper”, as he was labeled, and his partner-in-crime murdered 10 innocent people and left 1 injured throughout the DMV. With no specific target or “typical suspects”, the “D.C. Sniper” took out anyone performing daily activities such as pumping gas, walking down the street and mowing grass.
