Lawd say it aint so!  My lil Lauryn Hill is going to Jail!She has been sentenced to three months behind bars despite paying off her outstanding tax debts hours before yesterdays sentencing.

Although her lawyer sought out a probation punishment, Hill received three months out of a possible twelve-month sentence.

Hill pleaded guilty last year to not paying federal taxes on $1.8 million earned from 2005 to 2007. A judge two weeks ago said Hill had paid only about $50,000 of more than $500,000 she owes. She faced up to a year in prison on each of three counts. Her attorney was seeking probation for her.

Shots fired at JLO video!?!?1  Yup!  But in Fort Lauderdale?  Yup

Jennifer Lopez was rushed off set while shooting a new music video in Florida on Sunday after gunshots were reportedly fired nearby.

The singer/actress was in the middle of an interview with “Entertainment Tonight’s” Rob Marciano on the set at Fort Lauderdale Beach Park when shots rang out.

Lopez, who had been in the area filming the promo for her track “Live It Up” with rapper Pitbull, was immediately taken to safety by her security team who escorted the star into her vehicle before local police arrived on the scene.

So Mariah is already working on her exit strategy for Idol?  According to sources, Carey, 43, is “so done” with the “threats and nastiness” from Minaj, 30, and last week apparently threatened to leave., uh huh

But Mariah aint not dummy shes gonna make the most of this and tomorrow she debuts her new video with Miguel to the Idol audience!

Rick Ross gets his acting debut in the best way possible for him but will this role take his ego to another level?

I say this because Ross will be staring in one of my favorite shows,  the Starz network’s original series, “Magic City” which is the story of nightlife impresario Ike Evans (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), whose Miramar Playa is the hottest hotel in 1950s Miami. Ross will appear in the show’s second season as a character called “The Bolita Boss,” of which very little is known.

Something tell me, though, the role won’t be too far outside Ross’ comfort zone.  I mean he is one of the greatest actors of all times.  Let us not forget he is constantly acting like “Rick Ross”.

Did yall hear about some lavish wedding planned for Kim and Kanye?  Me either  but Kim has responded to the rumors saying….

Trey Songz proves making it rain is NOT illegal!

Trey Songz is officially off the hook in his strip club assault case … after prosecutors decided they couldn’t prove the rapper smacked a woman in the face WITH CASH during an album release party last August … TMZ has learned.

Songz was arrested for assault in NY after a woman at Club Perfection told cops Trey threw a “sum of United States currency” at her face, “causing substantial pain to her left eye.”
