Kanye West Set To Return On Saturday Night Live May 18th

After a brief hiatus from the spotlight, Kanye West is set to return on NBC’s Saturday Night Live (SNL) as he will perform on the sketch comedy show.  Kanye will appear on the May 18th episode, which actor Ben Affleck will be the host.  The last time Kanye was on SNL, there was controversy surrounding the possible performance of his hit single at the time, Power, which Kanye made mention of SNL and the cast to go and f— themselves.  Once Kanye performed though, the lyric was indeed changed for the purposes of doing the show.  They had previously made mention of Kanye in a skit they did with Taylor Swift playing off of the incident, where Kanye interrupted her after winning an award on stage few years ago.
