Oklahoma City Thunder’s point guard Russell Westbrook is out indefinitely after having surgery to repair torn cartilage in his right knee from an injury that he suffered during a game against the Houston Rockets on Wednesday night.  Russell was coming down the court to call timeout and he bumped his knee with the hip of Houston Rockets point guard Patrick Beverly.  The OKC Thunder are currently up 2-0 against the Houston Rockets in the 1st round of their best of 7 NBA Playoff series.  The playoffs have been marred by injuries from the game’s top superstars with Kobe Bryant, Derrick Rose, Rajon Rondo and now Russell Westbrook possibly out for the rest of this year.  For more info on the story go to ESPN Dot Com: http://espn.go.com/nba/playoffs/2013/story/_/id/9214995/russell-westbrook-oklahoma-city-thunder-knee-surgery
