It’s been reported by TMZ, that Lil Scrappy turned himself into the police this morning. Apparently, back in March he violated his probation all over a urine sample?! Court officials say when he handed his urine sample in the urine was cold. Now we all know when urine comes out the body warm! The officials asked him to give another urine sample because they felt it was tampered with and he refused. So at some point after that the courts issued an arrest warrant so Lil Scrappy turned himself in today in Atlanta.
