The Washington Post had an amazing article on Allen Iverson over the weekend. You know watching Allen on/off the court had most of us thinking that we knew the former NBA superstar BUT we had no idea! Did you know AI was given 30 million from Reebok that he can’t touch until he’s 55. All the speculation over the years about what’s in his pocket & what he’s doing nowadays had most chatting BUT this article really makes you say hmmmm!!!! Check out an excerpt from the article below:
“Basketball was Iverson’s sanctuary, and he signed huge contracts: a six-year deal in 1999 worth $70.9 million and, four years later, a new agreement worth $76.7 million. Reebok signed him to a huge endorsement deal, including a deferred trust worth more than $30 million, a lump sum he can’t touch until he turns 55.”

What else can Allen do at the end of the day? I mean think about it, basketball was all he knew! Think about something being taken away from you….what else could/would you do friend? Shoot I’d go crazy……
