4/20 What Exactly is ‘WEED DAY’

Honestly, I ain’t even gonna lie I so thought ‘4/20’ really was a code that the police used to suggest they caught someone with marijuana. Well who knew that the whole 4/20 thing really had a whole entire story behind it. Those who love to light up on 4/20 has several names for marijuana: weed, trees, collard greens & I’m sure many others BUT since I’m not a weed smoker I really wouldn’t know the other names. How did the ‘WEED DAY’ frenzy come about?

What I’ve gathered about the background of 4/20 is that a group of people would meet & gather at 4:20 & puff on some weed. The group of kids called themselves “The Waldos” because they would hang outside the school & get high against a wall.
