Thank the Lord this is not in Philly, however that doesnt take away that this may go down as one of the most ignorant crimes ever! It also proves to me that there is no reason for me go to Detroit (no offense, but ter ummmm…). So the story goes, man is shot by his passenger. Man then swerves off the road after hitting a pedestrian. Man passes out, witness’s approach the car, but one witness takes it upon himself to steal a Rolex and other valuables from the passed out driver. Hey Detroit, Philly aint got nuffin on yall lol.
