According to SOHH Dot Com, on Monday Lil Wayne and his entourage got into an altercation with Trick Daddy and his crew at the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami. While Lil Wayne was there to celebrate the grand reopening of the strip club, Trick Daddy and his entourage came to approach Lil Wayne in the gentleman’s club about not checking in prior to coming into Trick’s city. In a previous interview, Trick Daddy let it be known on radio that Lil Wayne’s comments about the city of Miami would not be tolerated and went to confront him about the matter even after Lil Wayne did not apologize for the F**k Miami rant.
“I don’t care who be offended by what I say. I rep my city and want nobody disrespecting. When their lease is up, they can leave. We’ve got to stick together as radio, as artists, as deejays and fans who love the music as a whole. And that’s what makes a community. Me and Luke been talking, we’ve been getting together, we’re going to find out some type of way to get this thing back on the road — I can’t go nowhere else, this is my home. Eyewitnesses reported that Trick Daddy came to the club with a few guys, there was an alleged face to face encounter, then everything went out of control when someone from Trick’s crew threw a cigarette butt towards Lil Wayne’s direction as he was leaving. Eyewitnesses say that Lil Wayne and Trick Daddy never actually met face to face, but can confirm that KOD’s security was on top of the brewing situation before it escalated even further.
