Miguel’s Kaleidoscope Dream album has instantly made it to my Top 3 R&B albums of 2012. The only flaw I can name that this CD has is that there are only 11 tracks! Adorn was the only single pushing radio up until the official Kaleidoscope Dream release date of Tuesday, October 2nd, 2012. The entire CD is filled with songs of passion, love, sex, and ends with a question to God and government while maintaining that soft touch of R&B Miguel brings to the industry.

Miguel’s second nature ability to flip from full voice to falsetto is flawless., matched with crystal clear production and perfect basslines. I’d have to say Miguel is my 3rd favorite R&B artist out of The Weeknd and Frank Ocean if you can even box the 3 into a category. Overall, the CD gets an 8.5 out of 10 from me. You can pick it up at your favorite music store this Tuesday, enjoy!
