Beyonce posted an excerpt from a 2005 novel by Rebecca Solnit on her Tumblr account on Wednesday to tell her fans the inspiration behind her baby’s name, Blue Ivy Carter. It took 2 days to figure out whether or not Beyoncé had actually named her daughter Blue Ivy. Jay-Z confirmed his baby daughters name on the song Glory which features Blue Ivy.
