Here is what we know about why Jay-Z is in Philly this Monday morning. We know that he and the Mayor will appear at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, on the East Terrace, at the top of the Rocky steps at 10:30am. This portion is factual. The rest of what I am about to write is from AllHipHop They seem to have it on good authority that Jay-Z and Beans will be making peace. Why Philly and why is the Mayor involved? This is to show the men of Philly that if these 2 men can work thru their differences then ya’ll can too. A “Stop The Violence” if you will. It’s a nice theory but I am not sure. What I do know is that Q Deezy will be in attendance and will have all the scoop for you Monday at 3pm when he hits the airwaves
