The end of summer is here and it’s time for children and their parents to think about heading back to school. Back to school shopping is a favorite activity of many young people but parents often feel the pressure if they cannot afford much of what their child needs. Thankfully there are several organizations, churches and well meaning individuals who want to help. One helpful individual is Jalil Myers.
Jalil, along with two of his high school buddies and business partners, are spearheading a back to school drive on August 18, 2017 from 4pm to 9pm in South Philadelphia. The event will include basket ball games, free food and books, backpacks and other school supplies. Jalil simply wants to give back to his community and he’s doing so in a big way. If you would like t help Jalil in his mission to help his community please contact him to donate books, backpacks and other school supplies. Call (267) 216-7290.
