Once again, the conversation on legalization of marijuana in Philadelphia has risen, and this time, the mayor of Philadelphia says Pennsylvania should legalize marijuana so police don’t have to expend resources on busts like this” according to CBS Philly.
Last Thursday, April 20th, was the national holiday for smokers, and its seems a party was held at a warehouse, where 22 people were arrested and 50 pounds of marijuana was seized.
The official reasoning for the party being shut down was for safety violations….They mayor adds that he understands why police busted the party, but says the legalization is the real solution.
