Bobbi Kristina Brown has decided she does not want to go by her father’s last name, and wants to change it to Houston. The 19-year-old has made the decision after the death of her mother Whitney Houston. TMZ reports “Bobbi Kristina is telling friends … she’s wanted to change her name for years — ever since her parents split — but Whitney wouldn’t let her.”
