Ingredients

For the Crust:
    • 1-3/4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs (made from vanilla wafers)
    • 1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
    • 1/3 cup butter
For the Pecan Filling:
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1-1/2 cups pecans, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
