Mendeecees Harris Pleads Guilty To Drug Trafficking Charges

Is the honeymoon over before they even have the wedding?

Mendeecees Harris from the Love & Hip Hop: ATL plead guilty to drug trafficking charges. Harris reportedly spent an hour  admitting his role in a drug trafficking ring from 2005 – 2012 that shipped drugs to the Rochester, NY area.

Under his deal with federal prosecutors, Harris has to turn over all money received from television and personal appearances. He has paid more than $103,000 to the federal government. If convicted, Harris faces between 8- 10 years in prison and a fine between $15,000 – $5 million. He may also face four to five years of supervised release.

The feds don’t play!

The judge is allowing him to remain free until his sentence August 31st. Yandy Smith & Mendeecees Harris’ wedding special is Memorial Day weekend. That gives the couple only three months together before Harris will have to go away. One of Harris’ co-conspirators is already serving 10 years in prison.

We can only imagine what Yandy must be going through considering she just gave birth to their second child in February.
