According to KTUU, police in Anchorage, served search warrants at Greene’s Alaska Cannabis Club on Friday (March 20). Authorities took marijuana as well as impounded a Dodge Dakota and a Jeep Liberty.

The club received the warrants after police received reports of illegal marijuana sales. The Huffington Post noted that it is still illegal to sell marijuana in Alaska, despite voters approving a ballot measure to legalize the recreational use of the drug.

“We don’t sell any recreational marijuana. We don’t sell any medical marijuana. This is a place for cardholders to come and share their own cannabis,” Greene told the KTVA, adding that the Cannabis Club doubles as a home for medical marijuana cardholders, in addition to being a medical marijuana dispensary.
