meek-mill-TLA

Last night at the TLA Philadelphia’s own, Meek Mill, took the stage at Wale’s Ambition Tour and the crowd went wild. For starters the warm weather made South Street feel like a Friday night. The environment was crazy inside of the TLA! Hipsters and gangstas came out to support. Needless to say the young and sexy were in the building.

As Meek performed Tupac Back you could tell he has learned from the MMG camp. His stage presence was on another level. As House Party began to play the crowd chanted each word with pride. Then Young Chris came on stage… EPIC TO SAY THE LEAST! It was a scene that only a hip-hop fan from Philly could appreciate. The show continued with the anthem of 2011… I’m A Boss. Perhaps the highlight of the show was everyone screaming, “Scared money don’t make no money”… and I believe it’s safe to crown Meek Mill the King of Philly.

If you’re from the Philadelphia tri-state area and you hate on this Meek Mill than you have lost your cool pass! He is the biggest solo rap artist to come out of Philadelphia since Beanie Sigel, but I don’t need to tell you that. A while ago he asked a question, “I Got A Question For the Streets Who Hotter Than Me?” The answer is simple… NO ONE!
